No one I trust more when it comes to real estate

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Samir for the last 4 years and there is no one I trust more when it comes to real estate buying, selling and leasing.  Samir has been an integral part of my real estate transactions both buying and selling (including investment properties) for the past few years. In Oakville and Toronto. (Town homes, semi- detached, condos.)

Buying.

I have seen him purchase 4 properties where I have been involved and his attention to detail is incredible.  His research into current market conditions as well as price evaluations are excellent. The most important factor as I see it, is his ability to read the situation with the seller /market / other conditions and negotiate with a plan to secure that property despite threats of multiple offers in a seller friendly market.  It's fantastic when 3 of the 4 properties were bought without having to get into a bidding war (in a red hot real estate market) 

Selling. 

We've sold property with Samir and his attention to detail prior to listing is incredible. The properties tend to be sought after and in huge demand thanks to the work of his staging crew. 

He recommended a selling strategy appropriate to the market conditions at the time and it paid off handsomely. 

Leasing 

Start to finish leasing services takes the hassle out of showing, finding and background checks of tenants. 

I'm sure if you give him an opportunity you will not be disappointed.
