Was honest throughout the entire process

Simply put, working with Samir has been a Fabulous experience! As a young couple building our savings for an eventual purchase, we were looking for a property to rent, with virtually no experience in Real Estate in Oakville.  Samir took the time to first understand our financial situation, get to know what exactly we were looking for, and take into account our long term goals and together we were able find a property that suited our exact needs and tastes.  We saw many units over a few days, and throughout Samir was patient, understanding and always looking to refine the search until we hit the jackpot.  Most importantly, Samir was honest throughout the entire process, and was forthcoming with Pros and Cons that we did not perceive at the time. I would not hesitate to recommend Samir and we will be going back to Samir when we are ready for our first purchase.
